Human dentin contains 55% inorganic hydroxyapatite and 45% organic matrix — including Type I collagen and bone morphogenetic proteins (BMP). This composition is nearly identical to natural bone, making autologous dentin a powerful osteoinductive and osteogenic graft material with zero rejection risk since it comes from the patient's own body. Compared to synthetic or xenograft substitutes, autologous dentin grafts are biologically superior, significantly more cost-effective, and eliminate the need for expensive imported biomaterials. Most standard centrifuges run at 2700 RPM, generating over 700g of centrifugal force — far exceeding the ideal range for L-PRF and damaging cell viability and growth factor release. PRFuge is specifically engineered for PRF generation with a fixed 33° tube angulation and ~400g optimised centrifugal force — parameters closest to the ideal range for producing consistent, high-quality L-PRF every time. PRFuge also generates A-PRF, L-PRF, I-PRF, CGF, and AFG through pre-set protocols — at a fraction of the price of dedicated PRF centrifuges currently available in India.

Dr.Oroscope is a portable, non-invasive intra-oral cancer screening device developed by Raamah Biocare — the first of its kind indigenously built in India. It uses blue and green-amber light wavelengths combined with AI-based deep learning software to identify oral precancerous lesions and early-stage cancers at the point of care, without biopsy.
