These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.raamahbiocare.in, owned and operated by Raamah Biocare Pvt Ltd ("Raamah Biocare", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Plot No. 13-A, Survey No. 100, Block 13, Baba Nagar, Mallapur, Uppal, Medchal–Malkajgiri District, Telangana 500076, India.

By accessing or using this website ("Website"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. About Raamah Biocare

Raamah Biocare is a research-led dental MedTech company developing products for oral screening, regenerative dentistry, platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) preparation, and digital occlusal analysis. Our current product portfolio includes Tooth Titan, PRFuge, Dr.Oroscope, and TeethTracer, with additional functional nutrition and bio-care lines under development.

2. Intended Audience

The Website and its product information are intended for trained dental professionals, hospitals, dental institutions, research organisations, government and NGO public-health programmes, distributors, and procurement teams. Content on the Website does not constitute medical advice and is not directed at patients or the general public for self-treatment purposes.

3. Professional Use Only

Raamah Biocare products are designed for use by qualified, trained dental professionals operating within applicable clinical, regulatory, and professional standards. Use of any Raamah Biocare product requires appropriate training, sterilisation discipline, case selection, and clinical judgement. Nothing on this Website overrides the responsibility of the treating clinician.

4. Clinical Judgement and Diagnostic Support

Where any Raamah Biocare product (including Dr.Oroscope) provides AI-assisted screening, image analysis, or workflow support, the output is decision-support information only. It is not a substitute for clinical diagnosis, specialist review, or treatment decisions, all of which remain the sole responsibility of qualified medical and dental professionals.

5. Account, Inquiries, and Communications

When you submit a contact form, demo request, distributor inquiry, or newsletter subscription, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to share it. We may use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, arrange demonstrations, follow up on partnership discussions, or send periodic updates if you opt in.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, videos, software, and the "Raamah Biocare" wordmark — is the property of Raamah Biocare Pvt Ltd or its licensors, and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. The Tooth Titan product design is protected under Indian Design Registration No. 394910-001 under the Designs Act, 2000. PRFuge and other registered designs are similarly protected. 7. Prohibited Uses

You must not (a) use the Website for unlawful purposes; (b) infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any party; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Website, its servers, or related infrastructure; (d) introduce malware, scrapers, or automated extraction tools; (e) misrepresent your affiliation or qualifications when making inquiries; or (f) use any product information to make unauthorised claims about Raamah Biocare products.

9. Pre-Orders and Early Access

Certain products (including TeethTracer) may be offered through reservation, early-access, or pre-order arrangements. Such offerings are subject to product readiness, regulatory clearances, and manufacturing timelines. Refundability of any reservation deposit is governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Raamah Biocare's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Website shall not exceed the higher of (a) the amount you have paid to Raamah Biocare in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 10,000. In no event shall Raamah Biocare be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Indian law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raamah Biocare, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of (a) your misuse of the Website; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through a Website update with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to clause 15, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

15. Dispute Resolution

Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator mutually appointed, with the seat of arbitration at Hyderabad, in English.
